Interviews from Cameron, Preston
On a scale of 1-10 rate your overall opinion of this restaurant:
Cameron: I'd say close to perfect, so 9. This is the best Indian food I've tasted in Utah Valley. The only thing I don't like is they typically try to upsell me slightly too much.
Preston: 9

What was the best thing you ate?
Cameron: I love their Chicken Makhani, it is a curry dish. I also always get their garlic naan. Another impressive thing for Utah Valley is they serve beer, including Squatter's India Pale Ale, but their beer is only in bottles, but its still awesome (bar is somewhat low in Utah Valley).
Preston: Almost everything. I love food and I love Indian food, but this place raise the bar for me. I love the regular naan (flatbread) though I notice that most people who go in seem to prefer the garlic naan. I love the korma and tikka in both chicken and lamb. This place is so good that I swear I come out five pounds heavier (I also usually go during the lunch buffet which doesn't help).

What was the worst thing you ate?
Cameron: I haven't had anything there that isn't good, but I'm just not a fan of lamb. I've heard from a lamb lover thought that their lamb is excellent.
Preston: I'm really stretching here to try to find something critical but I guess if I had to choose anything it would be the tandoori chicken. It's not even that I don't like it but I think one time I had it and it was a little dry. Keep in mind, though, that I'm really just trying to find something to complain about - even the tandoori chicken I've had here is better than the best thing I've had at any other local indian place.

How was the service?
Cameron: Good service, just a little too upselly.
Preston: The guy who owns it is really nice and even after a three month hiatus he comes over and chats with me and at least appears to remember who I am. Sometimes they are slow with drinks but I'm not even dinging them for that because I go when the buffet is out and I understand they are doing the best they can to take care of the many people who pack into the restaurant. I personally think this is one of the best restaurants in Utah.

Would you go back?
Cameron: i go all the time.
Preston: Absolutely - again and again and again. The only thing keeping me from going here once a week is I seem to lose all semblance of self control when I walk in the front door.
